Happy Fourth! We're off to parades and picnics...can't believe it's already July...

Rice Crispy Treats...Sweet Kielbasa...Strawberry Trifle (my sis, Gail, whipped up the awesome creme from Paula Dean's recipe...it's a killer...)
The best part of our cooking excursion was that we had everything in the fridge or pantry...
Gotta love not having to run to the store to get this or that...
